velvet top hat in rich eggplant.
This tall hat is 9" high with a 2-1/2" brim,
and is made of 100% polyester velvet.
The body of the hat is made of 4 fabric panels,
allowing the hat to be fuller at the crown,
tapering slightly toward the brim.
The velvet fabric is slightly padded to ensure
that the hat will hold its delightful shape.
The chapeau is fully lined, with a hidden elastic
strap cleverly stitched into the lining to
adjust the hat size for a snug fit.
This hat comes in ONE SIZE, fitting up to a 7-1/4.
