Shipping Policy

Important Information
  • All orders received before 8:00am PST are processed the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays), otherwise orders will be processed next business day. If there are no stocks, we will notify you how many days are needed to process. Your order will be shipped with UPS or USPS from FOB/Fullerton, CA USA.
  • UPS does not deliver to P.O. Box or APO/FPO addresses. Thus, USPS will be selected if address is not deliverable with UPS. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. We'll adjust invoice if 1) S&H was not charged on original invoice 2) Shipping method changed (including wrong shipping method selected) 3) Additional order placed 4) When volume charge is applied from either UPS or USPS. If we have to adjust invoice, corrected amount will be charged to your credit card. If payment was made with other methods, we'll send you corrected invoice.
  • If standard ground shipping is selected, we may substitute from any of the following: UPS Ground, USPS Priority, USPS First Class, USPS Parcel. Shipping method depends on weight/destination/volume.
  • Items priced under $6 or on sale will ship out with USPS First Class mail.
  • e4Hats.com does not pay for customs duty taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible.
  • The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment.

NOTE: Not all shipping methods are available to all countries.

Shipping Rates
Shipping is calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method selected by the customer. To calculate the shipping, add the desired items in shopping basket. In the shopping basket page, type the zip code and country and click 'calculate shipping'.
Volume charge may be added manually when processing the shipping label. Volume charge can not be calculated on website and may be charged by carrier when printing the label. If you have any other question, please contact info@e4hats.com
Definition of Shipping Methods
Domestic
  • UPS Ground - Packages insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 1-5 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
  • UPS 3rd Day - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 3 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
  • UPS 2nd Day - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 2 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
  • UPS Overnight - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery next business day after order is shipped (Mon - Fri).
  • USPS First Class Mail - Packages NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 1-7 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Sat).
  • USPS Parcel Post - Packages NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 1-7 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Sat).
  • USPS Priority Shipping - Packages NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 1-3 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Sat).
  • USPS Express - Packages NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery 1-2 business days after order is shipped (Mon - Sat).
International
  • UPS Express Saver - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 2 business days after order is shipped. (Mon ? Fri).
  • USPS First Class Mail International (U.S. Postal Airmail Parcel Post) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation / Not Trackable. Delivery time varies by destination. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • USPS Priority Mail International (U.S. Postal Priority) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation / Not Trackable. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - Package NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
Definition of Shipping Terms
  • Package Insured - If the package is lost, damaged, or vandalized in shipment the customer will not be held liable. The effected merchandise will be re-shipped free of charge or the customer will be credited for the value of the damaged or lost goods.
  • Package NOT Insured - e4Hats does not offer insurance services for this carrier or method of shipment.
  • Delivery Confirmation - Delivery information is available for these orders. The USPS will have an initial and Delivery scan as well as intermittent scans, but will not have scans of every location your package passed through. USPS only offers Delivery Confirmation numbers to guarantee that the package was delivered. When USPS Services are used the on-time delivery of the package is guaranteed. If a package is delivered late the customer will be credited for the shipping costs.
  • Tracking Number - Tracking Numbers are available all UPS orders. UPS will scan every location your package passes through and will give you detailed information about your package. USPS will scan departure and arrivals.
  • How to count transit time - Do not count the day that we give it to carrier as a transit day. Therefore, if we ship it on a Monday, 'UPS Next Day Air' will arrive on Tuesday, 'UPS 2nd Day Air' will arrive on Wednesday and 'UPS 3 Day Select' will arrive on Thursday. For all other shipping methods transit time varies and depends on carrier. No Saturday, Sunday or Holiday deliveries, only business days are counted.

  • The UPS has a 5 business days per week, Monday - Friday, packages will only be delivered on these days.
  • The USPS has a 6 business days per week, Monday - Saturday, packages will only be delivered on these days.
