Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com, we will only ship to the verifiable addresses. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and to protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com we will only ship to the verifiable addresses. Embroidery Order
Minimum of 24 pieces.
Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days after sample approval.

Custom-Made Hat or Cap Order
Minimum quantity is 60 dozen (720 pieces).
Delivery times are typically 12 weeks from sample approval.
Contract must be made to receive samples.
No returns on custom orders.
50% Deposit is required at the time of the contract:
- The rest is due when the order is ready to ship.

If an ordered item is "out of stock," we'll inform you immediately. If we don't receive a reply from you within 48 hours, we will either cancel the order, or ship the rest that are in stock. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly. We'll also adjust the invoice if:

The shipping and handling was mistakenly not charged,
The shipping method changed because an invalid shipping method was selected,
An additional order is placed, or if
A surcharge charge is necessary, typically due to carton dimension/volume.
