Pricing
We want to make sure that ordering at e4Hats.com is as fun and easy as possible. We do our best to keep information as up-to-date as possible. Prices are subject to change without notice. All sales are in US currency ($USD). For international order, you may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reached your country. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. Orders to ship within State of California subject to sales tax.
Payments
Secure On-line Orders - e4Hats.com accept VISA , Master Card , Discover , American Express, Check , E-Gift Certificate , Paypal and Google Checkout. If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing information on the account so make sure that you submit the correct info. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com we will only ship to the verifiable billing or work address. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. Same rule also applies to check, E-Gift Certificate, Paypal, and Google Checkout payments. You may still place an order online even if you don't wish to use credit card. Simply select 'Check' as payment method when you checkout. Our online system will accept your order and give you order confirmation number. Make sure to print order confirmation page out and send along with the check payment. If we don't receive check payment within 7 days of placing order or if check is not cleared/verified your order will be cancelled.
Mail Order ( 705 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832 ) - If you don't want to checkout throught online you may also use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order. Please print and fill out the form. After you fill out, send it along with your payment (money order/check) payable to e4Hats.com. For any returned check, USD 25.00 will be charged.
Fax Orders (714-870-6274) can be faxed in at any time. Please download the Mail/Fax Order Form. Please print and fill out the form. Be sure to provide your credit card billing information with card holder signature in addition to your shipping info. Faxed orders are subject to the same rules as applies to online orders.
Phone Orders (714-870-6270/5590) can be ordered during our business hours 9AM-5PM PST (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays)
General Order
- There is no minimum order quantity for a regular order. But there are some minimum purchase amounts for discounted orders, please refer discount coupon page.
- Discount Coupon is available for general order.
Wholesale Order
- To do a wholesale order, please activate your wholesale account by visiting wholesale page.
- Wholesale minimum order quantity are 12 pcs per style. Sample order is available 1 piece per style.
- Discount coupon is not available for wholesale order.Also on sale item is not good for wholesale.
Embroidery Order
- There is no minimum order quantity for an embroidery.
- Delivery Time - 10 to 15 days after sample approval.
- Please use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order.
- For an embroidery, please refer to "Embroidery Price List" page.
Custom Hat/Cap Made Order
- Minimum custom hat/cap order quantity is 60 dozen(720 PCS).
- Delivery times are usually 12 weeks from sample approval.
- 50 % deposit is required at the time of order and the rest dues when goods are ready to ship for custom order.
- Please use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order.
If ordered item is “out of stock” we'll email you and let you know immediately. If we don't receive any reply from you within 48 hours we'll either cancel the order or ships the rest that are in stock. Invoice will be adjusted accordingly.
We'll also adjust invoice if 1) S&H was not charged on original invoice 2) Shipping method changed(including wrong shipping method selected) 3) Additional order placed 4) when volume charge is needed. If we have to adjust invoice, corrected amount will be charged to your credit card. If payment was made with paypal or check, we'll send you corrected invoice.
Will-Call and Pickup Information
Orders placed online can be picked up at our retail store located at 701 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, Ca 92832. Will-Call service is only available to orders already placed through the online or phone/fax. Customer must bring order confirmation email or receipt with order number. Shipping charge will be credited after the pickup of item. Please mark "Pick Up" at the comment box before checkout and confirm that your order is ready before visiting our store.
E-Gift Certification Information
Not sure what to purchase for your friend, family member or co-worker? Why not allow your special someone to pick out exactly what they want!
e4Hats.com e-gift certificates make gift giving easy. Just choose a certificate amount, provide us with the recipient's e-mail address, and we'll e-mail the certificate to that person within 24 hours. It's that simple!
How to redeem E-Gift Certificate
1. Click the link in the email to redeem the gift certificate. If you can’t find email check junk/spam mail box or click below link.

2. Click to Register with our website using same email address where e-gift certificate was received.
3. After logging in you’ll see ‘Gift Certificate’ section in the left.
4. Click ‘Redeem value’, enter gift certificate code you received in the email, then click ‘Apply’.
5. If you see message “The gift certificate is applied to your account successfully”, you have successfully redeemed your gift certificate.
6. To check balance, click ‘View Balance’ in the ‘Gift Certificate’ section in the left.
7. Start shopping! Your balance will be automatically applied to any future purchases you make.

Terms and Conditions
E-gift certificates are valid towards the purchase price of any e4Hats.com online products. If there is a remaining balance it can be used toward later purchase. Unused amounts cannot be refunded or returned unless required by law. We are not responsible for lost or stolen e-gift certificates. E-gift certificates are non-transferable. Use of e-gift certificate constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions. Thank you!

Size and Material
Size and Material may vary slightly by manufacturer. Usually a larger size is better if you are not sure your size. To measure your size, wrap your head above your ears and eyebrows where your hat would normally sit. For more information, please refer "Head Size" page.
