1. How Can I pay with my money order?

Mail Order (705 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832) - To pay with a check or money order, please download the MAIL ORDER FORM. Please print and fill out the form. After you fill out, send it along with your payment (money order/check) payable to e4Hats.com. For any returned check, USD 25.00 will be charged.

2. What types of payment do you accept?

Secure On-line Orders - e4Hats.com accept VISA , Master Card , Discover , American Express, E-Gift Certificate , Paypal and Google Checkout. If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing information on the account so make sure that you submit the correct info. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com we will only ship to the verifiable billing or work address. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. Same rule also applies to E-Gift Certificate, Paypal, and Google Checkout payments. For information on e-gift certificate redemption please visit 'Gift Certificate' page.

Mail Order (705 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832) - If you don't want to checkout through online you may also use our MAIL ORDER FORM to place an order. Please print and fill out the form. After you fill out, send it along with your payment (money order/check) payable to e4Hats.com. For any returned check, USD 25.00 will be charged.

Fax Orders (714-870-6274) can be faxed in at any time. Please download the FAX ORDER FORM . Please print and fill out the form. Be sure to provide your credit card billing information in addition to your shipping info. Faxed orders are subject to the same rules as applies to online orders.

3. Do you accept Canadian (International) money order?

We accept all kind of money order or personal check that can be cashed out. Please note that orders may be delayed up to 7 business days until checks or money order clear our bank. Any money order that can not be cashed, will be sent back.

4. How can I place Wholesale, or Embroidery, or Custom order?

Wholesale Order

  • To do a wholesale order, please activate your wholesale account by visiting wholesale page.
  • Wholesale minimum order quantities are 12 pcs per style. Sample order is available 1 piece per style.
  • Discount coupon is not available for wholesale order. Also on sale item is not good for wholesale.

Embroidery Order

  • There is no minimum order quantity for embroidery.
  • Delivery Time - 10 to 15 days after sample approval.
  • Please use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order.

Custom Hat/Cap Made Order

  • Minimum custom hat/cap order quantity is 60 dozen (720 PCS).
  • Delivery times are usually 12 weeks from sample approval.
  • 50 % deposit is required at the time of order and the rest dues when goods are ready to ship for custom order.
  • Please use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order.

5. How do I know my hat size?

Size and Material may vary slightly by manufacturer. Usually a larger size is better if you are not sure your size. To measure your size, wrap your head above your ears and eyebrows where your hat would normally sit. For more information, please refer "Head Size" page.

6. Can I still order if I do not have a Credit Card?

You can still make payment with paypal, personal checks or money orders.

7. Do I receive any confirmation email? How Do I check my order status?

Immediately upon placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email from us. Please review and save this email, because it will provide your order number, shipping address, and product(s) ordered.

Then your order will be processed within 48 hours. When your order is shipped via UPS or USPS you will also receive a ship notification email with tracking numbers right after your order is shipped.

You can check your order status at Account_Profile in any time. Only register customer may log in and able to check their order status and tracking. Otherwise please send us email to info@e4Hats.com or Contact Us.

8. Is it safe to use my credit card online?/ Do you take phone orders?

The fully secure server software encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. All of the customer data we collect is protected against unauthorized access. e4Hats.com does not sell, trade or rent your personal information to others. 9. What kind of shipping methods do you have?/ How long does shipping take?

Your order will be shipped with UPS or USPS from FOB/Fullerton, CA USA. All orders received before 8:00am PST are processed the same day (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays), otherwise orders will be processed next day. If there are no stocks, we will notify you how many days are needed to process. It would usually take 2 - 5 days for order to get delivered after it is shipped and 5 to 10 days for overseas. A tracking number will be provided. Please check shipping status with a tracking number of the shipping company. USPS will be selected for deliveries to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. UPS does NOT deliver on Saturdays or Sundays. e4Hats apply actual shipping costs.

  • USPS First Class Mail International (Airmail Parcel Post) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation. Delivery time varies by destination. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • USPS Priority Mail International (Economy Surface Parcel Post) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - Package NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.

12. Do you provide tracking informations?

We send tracking information to your email on all UPS and USPS shipments.

If tracking confirms "Delivery", but you have not received merchandise

We are only able to refund to customer if shipping carriers refund to us.

17. If the shipping charges are not being calculated or the checkout button will not let you check out ?

We have received feedback from some customers related to problems calculating shipping charges, or that the checkout page never retrieves the shipping charges to allow customer checkout. We have identified the problems to be associated with customer use of Ad Blocking Software of various brands or missing information.

To resolve check out problems please disable your ad blockers and firewalls and try again, or check if you filled out all the necessary information.

If trouble persists, try using Internet Explorer as your browser as we have found that Internet Explorer works very well when other browsers have trouble.

If you need assistance with this issue, please contact us at info@e4hats.com and we will either assist you in turning off the ad blocker software or manually process your order by over the phone.

18. Why do you charge restocking fee?

We do this to minimize the cost of the time and labor so that we can continue to be competitive and keep our low price policy.

21. Are there any extra fee?

You may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reached your country. We cannot assume any responsibility for any duties, taxes or other charges your package may incur once it enters your country. These charges, if any, must be borne by you. The average 7-10 days of transit time is based on the destination and the custom clearance process, so please allow up to 10 additional days for delivery. Because it is not traceable, e4Hats.com is not responsible for lost/stolen order shipped via USPS Airmail Parcel. For secure, guaranteed service, e4Hats.com offers UPS Express shipping. By choosing USPS Airmail Parcel, you are accepting our policy regarding possibility of lost/stolen order.

23. What is your return policy?

e4Hats' return policy is based on a simple premise: we want you to be happy with your purchase. We therefore guarantee your complete satisfaction with any product you order from us. If, for any reason, a product you order from us does not meet your expectations, then simply return it to us within 15 days of the purchase date. We will cheerfully provide a refund or an exchange, as you prefer.

You may return:

  • any caps or hats in its original resalable condition.
  • any item that is a result of our error.
  • any factory damaged items.

Please contact us by info@e4hats.com, before returning any items. If there is any discrepancy, customer must report within 48 hours upon arrival. Otherwise we will assume order was processed properly.

Returned titles must be in their original factory packaging. Please return using same shipping box to avoid any damage of package. Enclose with each returned title the following information:

  • Your name, email address and billing address.
  • A copy of your e4Hats.com receipt as proof of purchase.
  • The reason why you are returning the title.

We will refund your money within 48 business hours of receipt of returned merchandise and it is subject to if the merchandise is still in original resalable condition. Otherwise restocking fee of 15% (minimum) to 100% (maximum) will be applied based on the conditions of returned item. For exchange of order, in most cases, restocking fee will not be applied. But restocking fee will be applied on 2nd or 3rd exchange of the order. We'll apply our refund/exchange rule and charge restocking fee on returned orders which did not follow our rule.

We issue full refund including shipping if 1) item received is a result of our error, 2) factory damaged items. Shipping fees are not refundable on all other return cases. Customer pays re-shipping on exchange of merchandise.

Customers returning goods do so at their own cost and are responsible for ensuring that the goods must be adequately packed to avoid any kind of damage in transit. We are not responsible for any loss or damage in transit. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may occur from an incorrect address or refusal of shipment. Returning incorrect or refused shipment will be charged 15% restocking fee.

Returns will be accepted with prior authorization. The custom order (e.g. embroidery) will not be refunded or exchanged. No refund for any discounted orders, only exchanges are accepted.

Please send an inquiry to "cancel order" in contact us form immediately. Please notice that if the order has been processed, there is no way we can stop it. You should refuse the delivery. Shipping fees will NOT be refunded.
