- - Skip this step if you already have an online account with us.
- Fax or email us a copy of your Sales Tax Permit:
- - Fax: 714-526-1303 or E-mail to wholesale@e4hats.com.
- Complete the form below and click on "Request Account."
- - Steps 1 & Step 2 must be completed, or your request will NOT be approved.

After steps 1, 2, and 3 are completed, we will send you a confirmation e-mail to inform you that we have activated your whole sale account. To see discounted prices, log in to your account. Log-in link is located at the top-right of e4Hats.com.
