Where we ship?
e4Hats directly ship to many countries outside the United States. Below is the list of counties we currently take order through online and ship. We will continue to expand the list, so please check back this page if your country is not listed here. If your country is not listed, you may still place an order through fax or mail.

How do we ship to destinations outside of the U.S.?
We use USPS or UPS as carrier to ship all the international orders. We currently offer following shipping options.
  • USPS First Class Mail International (Airmail Parcel Post) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation / Not Trackable. Delivery time varies by destination. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • How do we ship to destinations outside of the U.S.?
  • USPS Priority Mail International (Economy Surface Parcel Post) - Package NOT Insured / No Delivery Confirmation / Not Trackable. Delivery in 6 - 10 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • USPS Express Mail International (EMS) - Package NOT insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 3 - 5 business days after order is shipped to most countries, not including delays due to customs.
  • UPS Express Saver - Package Insured / Delivery Confirmation / Trackable. Delivery in 2 business days after order is shipped. (Mon~Fri).
NOTE: Not all shipping methods are available to all countries.
What are shipping and handling costs for international orders?
Shipping is calculated based on weight, destination and delivery method selected by the customer. For more information on shipping please refer to our Shipping Policy.
What is the return policy for international orders?
For all oversea orders, return period is 30 calendar days. We calculate the calendar days from the date we shipped out to the date you shipped back the item (postmarked date). For more information on returning please refer to our Return & Exchange Policy.
What are international customs duties or taxes?
For international order, you may be charged customs duties or taxes on your package once it reaches your country. e4Hats.com does not pay for customs duties or taxes. If a shipment incurs any such charges the customer is responsible. Please contact your local customs office for more information on your country's customs policy.
How to file loss/damage claim?
We may add insurance on some USPS international package. If package is insured, LOSS or DAMAGE claim can be filed. If your claim does not follow our policy (e.g. late claim, inaccurate info, missing paperwork) your claim will be denied.

  • For DAMAGE claim, customer should file immediately upon receipt of package. Within 30 days of shipment, customer is required to return the damaged item along with the letter stating the following: 1) Date the package was mailed, 2) Invoice number, 3) Description of shipment, 4) State description of damage and if repairable. 5) Signature and date. Please use following form -> Damage Claim
  • For LOSS claim, customer must wait 45 days from date of shipment and 60 days for package shipped to Italy. After the wait period, customer must mail e4Hats.com a signed letter stating the following: 1) Date the package was mailed, 2) Invoice number, 3) Description of shipment, 4) State parcel never received, 5) Signature and date. We must receive all the paperwork within 75 days from date of shipment. Please use following form -> Loss Claim
