One of the best parts about St. Patrick's day is the incredible food. Corn beef and cabbage is one of the traditional food items of St. Patrick's day. Many are turned off at the idea of pickled meat, but let me assure you, corned beef and cabbage is the epitome of deliciousness. You can buy ready made corned beef from your local supermarket or buy a kit and cook it in a slow cooker.
