| Estimate your stitch count |
| Here are some ways to help estimate the stitch count for design. Note that this is just estimation until logo is actually digitized |
- • 1 solid square inch of embroidery equals apporoximately 2,000 stitches.
- • 1 solid 1/4 square inch of embroidery equals approximately 125 stitches.
- • Your letters must be greater than 1/4 inch in height. An 1/4 inch tall letter equals approximately 100 stitches.
- • Drop shadows in your logo will translate into 200 extra stitches per inch.
- • Straight lines under logos typically require 200 extra stitches per inch.
- • Fabrics, colors and artwork detail will affect the amount of stitches.

| Sales & Shipping Policy |
| By placing orders with e4hats.com, you are stating on behalf of you and your company, acknowledgment and acceptance of our terms and conditions as below: |
- •Payment: All orders to be paid by credit card via our checkout. You can also use fax/mail order. Money order and check are acceptable.
- • Set-up (Digitizing) Fee: One time logo set-up fee is $30.00 (up to 5,000 stitches). Digitizing takes 1-3 business days after receiving the logo. Logo set-up fee will be waived if you have the digitized logo or if it is reorders, stock letters and orders over $500.00.
- • Logo editing Fee: If you need modifications in your logo, additional $15-50 will be charged.
If you need a custom design, we charge $60 per hour for any art work including logo or special font design.
- • Price adjustment: The embroidery price on the shopping cart is based on 5,000 stitches and 15 colors. If more than 5,000 stitches, it is $1.20 more per 1,000 stitches.
- • Shipping Fee: The shipping fee will be charged additionally on all orders. Free standard shipping on all orders over $500.00
- • Product Quantity discounts: Product quantity discount is available over 24 pieces. This discount is not valid with wholesale accounts and items already on sale. This discount cannot be combined with any other coupons.
- • Embroidery volumn discounts: Embroidery volumn discount is available. The final price will be adjusted. See price chart above for detail.
- • Minimum order: There’s no minimum order.
- • Available products: We will provide embroidery services on hats purchased ONLY from e4Hats.com.
- • Multiple Locations: An additional charge may apply for multiple-location, double-lined design, and/or logo+letter combination designs.
- • Spoilage factor: We reserve a 3% damage on over and under allowance on all orders. Damaged garments will be returned upon request.
- • Cancellation: There is no cancellation, no exchange, and no refund after the production has completed.
- • Return: Embroidered goods shall not be returned unless proven to be our mistake.
- • Order details: All embroidery and shipping instructions must be specified on purchase order with details.
- • Disputes and claims: Disputes and claims to be made within 7 days after receipt of order in writing.
- • Turn around time: Please allow 3 to 5 business days for shipping out after sample approval.
- • Rush service: 30% surcharge for 1-2 days (after approval) production. Contact us for details.
- • Disclaimer: Some hats can not be embroidered. If you are uncertain about your choice of hat, please contact us to check.
- • Dedicated staff: Personal attention from our dedicated staff.
- • Sample Requests: Embroidery samples are available per request.

In order to process the order efficiently, we need as much information as possible, such as: logo design, logo size, logo colors, hat SKU number, hat size, hat quantity, embroidery location, etc.
There is no cancellation, no exchange, and no refund after the production has completed.
Sample requests are available. Total costs include the cost of the product, digitizing, embroidery, and shipping + handling.
