The hat itself is a little small, but the customer service was great. My initial order for the navy & grey hat was placed through Amazon about a week before Christmas. A few days later, I got an email from e4hats saying it was out of stock. I called the phone number and found they had a similar black and grey in stock, and the rep sent it off that day priority in order to get it to me by the 24th without paying for the expedited shipping that would have doubled the price of the hat. It arrived in time and my son loves it.
