Pricing
Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to adjust prices at any time due to errors, omissions, unavailability, or changing market conditions. We may also adjust shipping rates, tax, and any other prices on the order invoice. All sales are in United States dollar (USD) amount. For international orders, you may be charged customs duties and taxes on your package once it reaches your country. The customer is responsible for all additional shipping costs that may incur from an incorrect address or refused shipment. Orders shipped to California are subject to state sales tax.
Ordering
All orders placed with us shall be subject to acceptance or cancellation at any time at our discretion. By placing an order with us, the customer acknowledges that he/she has read the policies and accepts our Terms and Conditions of Use. For online orders, we accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, e4Hats electronic gift certificates, PayPal, and Google Checkout. Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com, we will only ship to the verifiable addresses. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. The same rule also applies to orders with all other methods of payment.
Payments
Secure On–line Orders: We accept VISA, Master Card, Discover, American Express, E-Gift Card, PayPal, Amazon Checkout, and Google Checkout. If you are purchasing with a credit card for the first time it is our policy to contact the issuing bank to verify the billing information on the account, so make sure that you have submitted the correct information. This security check occasionally causes a delay depending on the accessibility of your bank, but it is necessary to minimize fraud and to protect our customers. You will be contacted if there are any problems. Until an account has been established with e4Hats.com we will only ship to the verifiable addresses. We will cancel orders that are paid with unverified credit cards. Same rule also applies to check, E-Gift Card, PayPal, Amazon Checkout, and Google Checkout payments.
Online Order
  • • No minimum order amount for regular orders.

Wholesale Order
  • • Sample order available: 1 piece per style.
  • • Coupon codes do not apply.
  • • Items on sale are not eligible for wholesale.

Mail Order
  • • Use our Mail/Fax Order Form.
  • • Fill out the form completely.
  • • Send it to us with your payment (money order or check) payable to "e4Hats.com."
  • • For any bounced checks, USD $25.00 will be charged.

Fax Order
  • • Use our Mail/Fax Order Form.
  • • Fill out the form completely.

Embroidery Order
  • • Minimum of 24 pieces.
  • • Delivery Time: 5 to 10 business days after sample approval.
  • • Use our Mail/Fax Order Form to place an order.

Custom-Made Hat or Cap Order
  • • Minimum quantity is 60 dozen (720 pieces).
  • • Delivery times are typically 12 weeks from sample approval.
  • • Contract must be made to receive samples.
  • • No returns on custom orders.
  • • 50% Deposit is required at the time of the contract:
    - The rest is due when the order is ready to ship.
If an ordered item is "out of stock," we'll inform you immediately. If we don't receive a reply from you within 48 hours, we will either cancel the order, or ship the rest that are in stock. The invoice will be adjusted accordingly. We'll also adjust the invoice if:
  • • The shipping and handling was mistakenly not charged,
  • • The shipping method changed because an invalid shipping method was selected,
  • • An additional order is placed, or if
  • • A surcharge charge is necessary, typically due to carton dimension/volume.
NOTE: If we need to adjust the invoice, your original method of payment will be adjusted accordingly.
Local Pickup
Orders placed online can be picked up at our retail store located at 701 S. Harbor Blvd., Fullerton, CA 92832. Pickup is only available for orders already placed online and over phone or fax.
  • • Indicate desire to pick up in the comment box before finalizing your order.
  • • MUST call or email us to confirm order is ready for pickup.
  • • Order invoice and ID required at the time of pickup.
  • • Shipping charge refunded after pickup.

Reward Points
Once you register you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable at time of purchase towards the cost of your order. Manufacturer or Brand Naming
We use manufacturer, brand, or distributer names to publish the information on our product listings. Most products' manufacturer or brand names on the tag match with names we published on website, but some may not. Below are examples of when the names might be different.

  • • The product is supplied by multiple distributers.
  • • The distributer resells another company's brand.
  • • Multi-brand company.
  • • The product has no brand name on tag.
