The hat is pretty and seems well made. I measured my head and ordered accordingly, but the hat brim is loose and the hat falls off easily in the slightest breeze. I added a ribbon to tie under my chin, but the head still blows or slips off. It's seemed to keep my head dry in a downpour as long as there is no wind.
