Everything was excellent except that the post office as usual sent it to the wrong city, giving computer generated tracking that was ever changing. I contacted seller, they got it here

Despite the goofy "Big Size" name, this hat is perfect for a warm Spring day when other hats become too hot. In the good old days, hats came in numbered sizes, and men knew their size. Small, medium, and large is ok for socks, but hats need a better sizing.

This is a high-quality product -- the material, craftsmanship, look, feel, everything! It's also stylish. Even better, it fits my big head perfectly! I'm not used to this because it's happened so few times in my life -- finding a high-quality, good-looking hat that FITS. I know I will treasure this hat for years to come.

the hat is just a bit snug. based size selection on measure of my head and past experience with e4hats sizes

Ordered the 2X-3X and I usually wear a 7-7/8" (63 CM) baseball cap and it fits snug. This hat was not snug and rested comfortably on my head. Smaller size might have worked but I wanted to make sure it fit. Would buy again.
