Refund policy

Return Condition

  • All orders, except custom orders like embroidery, can be returned postmarked within 30 calendar days (45 calendar days for international orders) of the original outgoing shipment date from our warehouse.
  • Merchandise must be in its original, new condition and must be unused.
  • We require a receipt or proof of purchase.
  • Non-returnable items: Gift cards, Downloadable products, final sale items

Partial or non refunds

  • Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item that is returned more than 30(45) days after delivery.
  • Any customized items like special embroidery or DTG cannot be refunded.

Full Item Refunds

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. If rejected, we will notify you the rejection of your refund. Shipping and handling fee is not refundable.
  • Refund normally takes 2-3 business days. If you have not received a refund, please contact to your credit card company or bank. If you’ve done all of these and still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@e4hats.com.

Exchanges Available

  • Exchange is available(except customized order), if need, please include your exchange memo on return package.
  • There is no return Authorization number needed.

Gift Card

  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be emailed to you.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

  • For an incorrectly fulfilled order, we will issue a prepaid return label.
  • Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
  • You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
