I had talked to someone in the company and was asked what size hat i usally wear and i told them 7 1/8 and they told me that a l/xl would fit so i ordered it.In the online picture the hat looked great ,the shape and every thing but when i received the hat it came in a box that was too small and the hat was all out of shape,it didn't look like the same hat,it would have to be reshaped to look like the hat i wanted but even then the hat was huge I think it was a size XL because it sank down over my ears. It was such a bad experience.
