Many are turned off at the idea of pickled meat, but let me assure you, corned beef and cabbage is the epitome of deliciousness. You can buy ready made corned beef from your local supermarket or buy a kit and cook it in a slow cooker. That way it will be ready just in time for all of those green cocktails and beers to kick in.
